Quickstart

Connect your first phone and place a test call in about 20 minutes.

1. Create a workspace

Sign up, choose your workspace name and set your default currency and time zone. You can invite your team later from Users.

2. Pair a phone or gateway

Open Gateways → Add gateway to get a one-time pairing code, then enter it where your connection method needs it:

• Smart Bridge — install the GSMCalls app on the phone and pair the phone. No site computer is needed.
• USB Connect or Wireless Connect — install the gateway service on the site computer and pair it.

3. Connect a phone

1. Pick USB Connect, Wireless Connect or Smart Bridge.
2. Connect the phone and approve it under Devices.
3. Assign a profile, for example Test Device.

4. Add a SIP trunk

Under SIP Trunks → Add trunk, enter your server, port and transport. Registration status turns green when the trunk is reachable.

5. Place a test call

Dial a mobile number from your PBX. The call appears live in VoIP Zone and as a record in CDRs when it ends.
